Our client is a well known real-estate developer and property management organization.

Position Description:  Oversee the hiring, selection, orientation, compensation, performance management, and training activities of assigned client groups.  Coordinate activities with HR Specialists in Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Organization Development.  Direct the development of strategic HR plans and the implementation of HR practices to achieve business objectives.  Assure that Company’s human capital is effectively deployed, utilized, and managed.  Facilitate and manage organizational change.  Advise clients on team effectiveness and performance management. Provide guidance on legal issues and matters of compliance.  Conduct interviews and provide reporting to leadership on recruitment efforts.  Oversee the development and analysis of meaningful HR measures and reports for sr. management.

Additional Qualifications:  Experience working at the senior management level.Strategic, creative, manager with the ability to work as part of a team.  Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with excellent judgment and discretion.Experience supporting an IT organization, preferred.

Qualifications:

Ten to fifteen years of relevant work experience. Management experience required. Bachelor's degree required.
