Seeking: A professional employee to coordinate with vendors and office staff with regard to information systems issues. Position will serve as the Information System Manager's "right hand person" to be in charge when he is away on business travel or on vacation. Will supervise a team of 3 employees when the Manager is away. No need to conduct hiring/firing or annual performance reviews, this is completed by the I.S. Manager.
Job Description: I.S. Manager's right hand person - will be able to be in charge when he is traveling or on vacation (the Manager is straightforward, nice, & an open communicator). Position will assist with the supervision of 3 employees: 1) Hardware Analyst and Graphic Designer 2) Network Analyst / Programmer 3) Programmer.
Qualifications: MSCE certifications a Plus, not a requirement. Degree is preferred, not a must --> seeking ability and job experience over a degree. Must Haves: Project Management experience; Technical writing documentation experience: there is heavy paperwork; and generating and maintaining the user manual for the company. Programming experience with dot net and Visual Basic6. Hardwareexperience: Servers, phone systems -hardware found in the network room. Networking experience: users, network apology, IP addressing. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills - be able to see the big picture.

Job Description: IT AUDITOR $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 + Bonus D.O.E. Conducts audits of the Company’s information systems. Leads audit projects, and guides the work of audit team members on a per-project basis. Develops and uses new audit technologies, including continuous audit (data mining), audit process automation, and computer assisted audit techniques. Leverages IT audit knowledge to act as an IT audit consultant for financial auditors on integrated financial audits. Researches and assesses risks to information systems throughout the enterprise. Provides ad hoc consulting services to various groups throughout the enterprise. Provides management, IS groups, and end users with an informed and impartial assessment of the extent to which they may safely rely upon the Company’s information systems. Travel 20%.
Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a minimum of three years experience in IS audit; or, three years of experience in IS audit combined with an additional three years of experience in IS audit, information systems, or a closely related field Advanced skills with MS Office Suite of tools including Excel and Access. Ability to independently extract and analyze data. Working knowledge of SQL Experience in at least three of the following information systems areas (operating systems, database, network infrastructure, programming, IS security, IS project management) CISA certification (for the Senior level role).
