GLENDALE, CA:  Audit – Senior Audit Associate (2 Openings) $45k - $85k to Start + Full Benefits
Our client is a highly regarded regional CPA firm with offices in California and Utah providing audit, tax and advisory services to a variety of business enterprises.  This CPA firm ranks among the top CPA firms providing services to the insurance industry.  As a full service accounting firm, they specialize in tax provision work (FAS 109) for publicly held companies and provide tax and business services to closely-held businesses and independent contractors.

Audit Sr. Associate - $65,000.00 - $85,000.00:  We have immediate openings in our audit practice for exceptional individuals to assume a challenging career with responsibility for delivering quality assurance services.  We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated people with a strong client service ethic and desire to learn and advance rapidly.  Experience in the audits of financial service entities, primarily insurance companies, is helpful.
Responsibilities will include:  Planning, directing, and completing audits; developing and supervising staff; preparing and reviewing financial statements and researching related technical accounting issues. Work closely with management and staff, and playing a key role in maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field                3-5 years of current or prior public accounting experience                     Experience auditing insurance entities a plus                                               A current CPA license                                                                               Excellent communication skills, coupled strong supervisory and management skills                                                                                                 A willingness to travel up to 20% 

Audit Associate - $45,000.00 - $60,000.00:   

Responsibilities will include:  Participation in planning, performing, and completing audits. Working closely with Sr. Associates and management, and playing a key role in maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field               1-2 years of current or prior public accounting experience                        Eligibility to take CPA exam                                                         Excellent communication skills                                                               A willingness to travel up to 20%
